Volleyball Recap: Horizon Takes Down Ranked Chaparral + How To Watch

Horizon faced Chaparral in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Huskies came out on top against the Firebirds by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Huskies.

The victory didn't come easy: Chaparral scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 20-25, 25-19, 25-18.

Horizon found their leader in freshman Tessa Caldwell, who had 19 digs and two assists. Those 19 digs set a new season-high mark for Caldwell.

Horizon's win bumped their record up to 17-10. As for Chaparral, their defeat ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 28-5.

Horizon has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Desert Mountain on the 23rd. As for Chaparral, they will take on Notre Dame Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
