Baseball Game Preview: Schlagle Stallions vs. Harmon Hawks

Schlagle hasn't had much luck against Harmon recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Stallions will venture away from home to challenge the Hawks at 4:00 p.m. Schlagle has given up an average of 19.9 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Schlagle's offense. They lost 26-0 to Washington on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Harmon duked it out with Maranatha Christian Academy on Wednesday. The Hawks came up short against the Eagles, falling 20-4.

Isai Munoz Machado was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Chad Taylor was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.

Harmon's defeat dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Schlagle, their loss dropped their record down to 0-10.

Schlagle couldn't quite finish off Harmon in their previous matchup back in April and fell 23-21. Can the Stallions avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
