Bishop McGuinness waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with 13 straight wins... but they left with 14. They strolled past the Piedmont Classical Bobcats with points to spare, taking the game 61-43. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 56-45 last Monday.

Despite the loss, Piedmont Classical had strong showings from Colby Carter, who went 5-for-9 to rack up 13 points, and Jalen Ferrell, who posted 11 points. What's more, Ferrell also posted a 67% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024. London Gray was another key player, putting up seven points.

Bishop McGuinness pushed their record up to 21-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road. As for Piedmont Classical, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Looking ahead, Bishop McGuinness will face off against Bethany Community at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Piedmont Classical, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 61-49 victory against Cornerstone Charter on the 12th.
