Soccer Game Preview: Raymond vs. Berlin

The Raymond Rams will face off against the Berlin Mountaineers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Raymond is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Epping on Saturday. The Rams and the Blue Devils finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, Berlin fell victim to Campbell and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against Campbell, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Berlin can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire soccer rankings (they are ranked 51st, while Campbell are ranked ninth).

Berlin's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-5-1. Raymond's draw makes their record 7-0-1 this season.

Everything went Raymond's way against Berlin in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Raymond made off with a 10-2 win. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mountaineers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
