Aynor is a perfect 3-0 against Marlboro County since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Aynor will head out on the road to face off against Marlboro County at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Aynor has four straight victories, Marlboro County has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Friday, Aynor got the win against Georgetown by a conclusive 12-2. Considering the Blue Jackets have won six games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Marlboro County came up short against Dillon on Friday, falling 13-2.

Amir Bridges made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-2. Natalie Ivey also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.

Marlboro County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Aynor, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.

Everything went Aynor's way against Marlboro County when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Aynor made off with a 10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Aynor since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
