Volleyball Recap: Justin Garza Victorious

Justin Garza won the last time they faced Fresno Christian and things went their way on Friday too. The Justin Garza Guardians walked away with a 2-0 win over the Fresno Christian Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Guardians.

Their offense was headlined by Kaden Owens and Marlon Goode, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Phillip Bell and his 24 assists. Gavin Moua controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Justin Garza's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Fresno Christian, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Justin Garza didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Mission College Prep on the 7th. Fresno Christian has also already played their next contest (against Nipomo), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
