Volleyball Recap: Osseo-Fairchild Comes Up Short

Osseo-Fairchild was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Eleva-Strum Cardinals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Saturday.

Osseo-Fairchild couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Eleva-Strum a tough time in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 30-28, 25-15, 25-21.

Osseo-Fairchild's record is now 2-10. As for Eleva-Strum, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Osseo-Fairchild will face off against rival Blair-Taylor at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Eleva-Strum is set to challenge their familiar foe Cochrane-Fountain City at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
