Basketball Recap: Lee County Comes Up Short

Lee County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a hard 66-49 fall against the Jackson County Generals. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 88-66 back in December of 2024.

Lee County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Jackson County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-7.

Lee County will take on Casey County at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Jackson County, they will challenge North Laurel at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Jackson County is facing North Laurel at the right time seeing as North Laurel is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
