Softball Recap: Parlier Comes Up Short

Parlier was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Riverdale Cowboys, falling 11-5. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cowboys this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 21-11 last Monday.

Parlier's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Riverdale, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-4.

Parlier and Riverdale will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Panthers see the field they'll take on Fowler at 4:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Riverdale, their break will end when they face Fresno Christian at 4:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
