Softball Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

Skyline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They came up short against the Madison Academy Mustangs, falling 12-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-7 back in March.

Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 7-20. As for Madison Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 21-4.

Skyline has already played their next matchup (against Sardis), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Madison Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 8-0 win against Spring Garden on the 12th.
