Arlington has gone 6-1 against Germantown recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Tigers will head out on the road to square off against the Red Devils at 3:00 p.m. Arlington will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.

On Friday, Arlington needed a bit of extra time to put away First Assembly Christian. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Crusaders, sneaking past 8-7. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Crusaders: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, Germantown had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 19-14 win over the Wildcats.

Everything went Arlington's way against Germantown when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Arlington made off with a 15-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
