Baseball Recap: Umatilla Bulldogs vs. Lake Highland Prep Highlanders

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Umatilla had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Lake Highland Prep Highlanders a 5-0 shutout. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Umatilla.

Logan Bowling tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over 4.2 innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.
