Basketball Recap: Lake Oconee Academy Comes Up Short

Lake Oconee Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 60-35 to the Lincoln County Red Devils. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Red Devils this season, with their most recent defeat being a 49-40 loss two weeks ago.

Lake Oconee Academy's record now sits at 14-11. As for Lincoln County, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-11 record this season.

Lake Oconee Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lincoln County, they will face off against Greene County at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. Greene County will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Lincoln County surely won't give up without a fight.
