While Ashlynne Moore delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Piute. Moore pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off five hits, which was good enough to also set a new career-low in walks.

Coming up, Moore and Piute will be playing in front of their home fans against Milford at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, Moore's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Thunderbirds' four-game streak of wins on the road.
