Volleyball Recap: Calvary Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Calvary Christian Academy lost against Master's Academy two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 3-2. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Calvary Christian Academy wouldn't go down easily and took Master's Academy into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking seven-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-22, 25-18, 22-25, 15-8.

Calvary Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Master's Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-7.

Looking ahead, Calvary Christian Academy will square off against Tradition Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Master's Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Pineapple Cove Classical Academy on the 2nd.
