Baseball Recap: Coastal Christian Centurions vs. St. David's Warriors

While Coastal Christian's victory against St. David wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Centurions sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 win over the Warriors on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Centurions in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won four in a row.

Andrew Harrison made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He pitched three innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off two hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (four). He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
