North Broward Prep extended their home winning streak to seven games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Destiny Wiggins. The Eagles came out on top in a nail-biter against the King's Academy Lions on Tuesday, sneaking past 3-2 for which the team can thank Wiggins, who had 31 digs and six assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

North Broward Prep had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 22-25, 23-25, 25-18, 25-16, 15-5.

North Broward Prep's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for King's Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, North Broward Prep will be playing at home against Somerset Academy - Canyons at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for King's Academy, they will take on Cornerstone Christian in a tournament on Friday.
