It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but B-G-M had no problem doing just that on Friday. They managed a 35-30 win over the Riverside Bulldogs. Winning may never get old, but the Bears sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

B-G-M's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Riverside, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-3.

B-G-M will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lynnville-Sully on November 7. The Hawks' defense has only allowed 14 points per game this season, so the Bears' offense will have their work cut out for them. Riverside does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
