Softball Recap: Hancock Comes Up Short

After flying high against Berkeley Springs on Tuesday, Hancock came back down to earth. The Panthers came up short against the Northern Garrett Huskies on Wednesday, falling 11-2. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, with their most recent defeat being a 11-0 loss on Wednesday.

Hancock's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Northern Garrett, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Huskies beat Hancock by a score of 11-0 later that day.
