Columbia put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Granger Spartans 25-4. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 28-1 on Tuesday.

Ivy Carter was incredible, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. What's more, she posted three hits, the most she's had since back in March of 2025. Another player making a difference was Gracelyn Waters, who went 2-for-5 with four runs and three RBI.

Columbia's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Granger, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Columbia will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against River View at 3:00 p.m. on April 7. As for Granger, they will face off against White Swan at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Cougars have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 18 runs per game on average), something the Spartans will no doubt try to take advantage of.
