Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Wisconsin Lutheran, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past Pius XI Catholic 3-0 on Tuesday. The Vikings not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 23rd (when they won 3-0).
The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Wisconsin Lutheran was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-14, 25-11.
Wisconsin Lutheran found their leader in sophomore Addy Abramowski, who had six digs and three aces.
Wisconsin Lutheran was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Pius XI Catholic only served three.
New Berlin Eisenhower's win bumped their record up to 20-7. As for Wisconsin Lutheran, their victory bumped their record up to 23-11.
