Softball Recap: Jim Ned Takes a Loss

After flying high against Sweetwater last Friday, Jim Ned came back down to earth. Jim Ned fell just short of Sweetwater by a score of 7-6 on Tuesday. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mustangs earlier this season, when they won 15-2.

Jim Ned now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Sweetwater, their victory bumped their record up to 9-10-1.

Coming up, Jim Ned will take on Grape Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sweetwater, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Lubbock Christian at 5:00 p.m. on April 8.
