Volleyball Recap: Ezekiel Academy Wins Going Away Against Sunshine

Ezekiel Academy won the last time they faced Sunshine and things went their way on Monday too. The Knights were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Ezekiel Academy was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-6, 25-12.

Kiley Henderson paced Ezekiel Academy's offense, picking up 11 kills. Henderson got some help from Jillian Newell and her five assists. Addie Newell controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Ezekiel Academy's victory bumped their record up to 23-6. As for Sunshine, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Ezekiel Academy has already played their next match, a 3-1 win against East Central HomeSchool on the 30th. Sunshine does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
