Volleyball Recap: Kea'au Comes Up Short

Kea'au was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Waiakea Warriors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 25-15 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Kea'au's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Waiakea, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kea'au will head out to challenge Christian Liberty Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Waiakea, they will take on Ka'u at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
