Baseball Recap: Hoopa Valley's Run of Four Straight Victories Now Over

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matches, Hoopa Valley finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They came up short against the Ferndale Wildcats, falling 18-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, with their most recent loss being a 15-5 defeat on April 10th.

With the loss, Hoopa Valley broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-8. As for Ferndale, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.
