Softball Game Preview: Person Rockets vs. Western Alamance Warriors

The Person Rockets will venture away from home to face off against the Western Alamance Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither Person nor Western Alamance posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Person managed to slip by Orange the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Person lost 10-0 to Orange on Friday. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Rockets were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Western Alamance came up short against McMichael on Thursday, falling 17-1. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Western Alamance saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Anna Klein, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.

Western Alamance now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Person, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.
