Baseball Recap: Bayside Comes Up Short

Bayside lost against Kellam back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Marlins lost 10-2 to the Knights. The Marlins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bayside saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Barry Farias Jr, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.

Bayside's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Kellam, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-4.

Coming up, Bayside will challenge Green Run at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Marlins are facing the Stallions at the right time seeing as the Stallions are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Kellam, they will be playing at home against Hedgesville at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
