Preview: Crisp Academy Wildcats vs. Westwood Wildcats
Crisp Academy and Westwood are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2018, but not for long. The Crisp Academy Wildcats will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Westwood Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. Crisp Academy will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
Last Tuesday, Crisp Academy didn't have too much trouble with St. George's at home as they won 55-41.
Tucker Ellenberg was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 25 points and 20 rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Crisp Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Reese Reed, who scored 17 points.
Meanwhile, Westwood's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against Brookwood, falling 83-32.
Georgia Christian's win bumped their season record to 0-0 while Crisp Academy's defeat dropped theirs to 3-2.
