Basketball Recap: Stanley Takes a Loss

Stanley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a blow against the Hornbeck Hornets, falling 79-34. The Panthers were not able to make up for their loss to the Hornets from their previous meeting back in November of 2023.

Stanley's record is now 11-17. As for Hornbeck, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-11 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stanley will face off against Zwolle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hornbeck, they will take on Ebarb at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
