Wilson had a bright future in football and was regarded as great leader and teammate with a positive attitude.
A testament to his talent on the field, Wilson had 18 offers that included the likes of Florida, Georgia, Miami, Penn State, Tennessee and Texas, according to 247Sports.
During his sophomore season he had 43 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, 11 sacks and two forced fumbles while playing at Ocoee (Fla.). He transferred to the Baltimore power in the spring of 2020 and was selected to the
MaxPreps Preseason Junior All-America team before Maryland announced the fall season would be canceled due to the ongoing pandemic.
