Volleyball Recap: Cordova Takes a Loss

Cordova was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills Patriots.

Cordova's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Cordova and John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills will both be playing Foothill the next time they take the court. The Patriots will head out to face the Mustangs at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Lancers will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
