Softball Recap: Madison Cubs vs. Jeffersonville Red Devils

Madison extended their losing streak to four on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 2-4 in the process. They fell 8-3 to the Jeffersonville Red Devils. The Cubs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Red Devils apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Madison didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-0 victory against South Ripley on the 17th. As for Jeffersonville, they have also already played their next contest, a 16-6 defeat against Floyd Central on the 21st.
