Baseball Recap: Cascade Bruins vs. Meadowdale Mavericks

Cascade had lost 16 straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 3-12 to make it 17. They came up short against the Meadowdale Mavericks, falling 11-3. If the Bruins were looking for revenge after losing 11-4 to the Mavericks when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Marcell Alexander was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs.
