Flag Football Recap: Alcovy Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Alcovy got themselves on the board against Lovett on Thursday, but Lovett never followed suit. They walked away with a 12-0 victory over the Lions. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Tigers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Alcovy's victory bumped their record up to 2-6-1. As for Lovett, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Looking ahead, Alcovy will take on Newton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams' defense has only allowed 11.6 points per game this season, so the Tigers' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Lovett, they will square off against Morrow at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
