Kalama dropped their record down to 12-6 on Friday, which also ended the team's five-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Woodland Beavers, falling 10-0. The Chinooks were red-hot at the plate heading into the matchup (they scored no less than ten runs in the three contests prior), but the Beavers' pitcher proved too tough.

As for Woodland, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-7. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.3 runs over those games.

For Woodland's part, Madison Walker was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, three runs, and one double. That's the most stolen bases Walker has posted since back in April. Brynn Skelton was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

As of now, neither Kalama nor Woodland have any future games scheduled.
