Basketball Game Preview: La Sierra Academy Knights vs. Mesa Grande Academy Cardinals + How To Watch

La Sierra Academy is 0-4 against Mesa Grande Academy since December of 2016 but things could change on Thursday. The Knights just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Cardinals at 6:30 p.m.

La Sierra Academy might have lost, but man, Braden Robinson was a machine: he dropped a double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Robinson's big performance that evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Mesa Grande Academy against River Springs on Wednesday as the squad secured a 62-23 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cardinals.

Mesa Grande Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for La Sierra Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

La Sierra Academy was dealt a bruising 72-12 defeat at the hands of Mesa Grande Academy when the teams last played back in February of 2022. Can the Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
