Softball Recap: Campolindo Takes a Loss

If Campolindo was feeling good fresh off their 24-9 takedown of Ygnacio Valley two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Campolindo came up short against Albany on Tuesday, falling 10-1.

Campolindo's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Albany, their record now sits at 5-6.

Looking ahead, Campolindo is taking a road trip to square off against Swett at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Cougars will need to watch out since the Warriors have now posted at least ten runs in their last three matches. As for Albany, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Marin Catholic at 4:30 p.m. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight.
