Volleyball Recap: St. Joseph's Academy Takes a Loss

St. Joseph's Academy suffered their biggest defeat since September 18th on Tuesday. They came up short against the Parkview Baptist Eagles, falling 3-0. The Redstickers haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

St. Joseph's Academy now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Parkview Baptist, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 8-8 record.

St. Joseph's Academy and Parkview Baptist should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Louisiana Rankings. The Redstickers will face off against Liberty Magnet at 4:00 p.m. on Monday with a big rank advantage (19 vs. 152). Meanwhile, Parkview Baptist (ranked 31st) will meet Catholic of Pointe Coupee (ranked 118th) at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
