Basketball Recap: Auburn Takes a Loss

Auburn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Springfield Senators 62-27.

Auburn's defeat dropped their record down to 15-13. As for Springfield, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-11 record this season.

Looking ahead, Auburn will face off against Maroa-Forsyth at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Springfield, they will take on Sacred Heart-Griffin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
