With a playoff win on the line, Cardinal Gibbons rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Coral Springs Charter Panthers with a sharp 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Chiefs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Bryson Jones paced Cardinal Gibbons' offense, picking up 14 kills. Jones got some help from Octavio Daroch and his 37 assists. Gabriel Nejad and Danny Mahon kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Cardinal Gibbons' win bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Coral Springs Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-16.

Cardinal Gibbons wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Pine Crest on the 1st. Coral Springs Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
