Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lakeview). Everything went their way against the Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks on Tuesday as they made off with a 13-2 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Lakers as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Lakeview's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Dawson-Boyd, they dropped their record down to 2-10 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Lakeview is set to take on their familiar foe Tracy-Milroy-Balaton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Dawson-Boyd will square off against rival Yellow Medicine East at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
