St. Johns has gone a perfect 6-0 against East Lansing recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Redwings will head out on the road to challenge the Trojans at 4:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for St. Johns and six for East Lansing.

St. Johns lost 14-4 to Grand Ledge on Thursday.

Meanwhile, East Lansing came up short against Lansing Catholic on Thursday, falling 15-3.

East Lansing saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jade Saint-Dic, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Sophia Troshak also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

St. Johns' defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for East Lansing, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.

St. Johns skirted past East Lansing 5-4 in their previous matchup back in April of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Redwings since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
