Softball Preview: Rio Hondo Bobcats vs. Raymondville Bearkats

Rio Hondo's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Santa Rosa with a sharp 18-0 victory.
Madison Lopez made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in February. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
