Basketball Preview: Enderlin Eagles vs. LaMoure/Litchville-Marion Loboes
The Enderlin Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the LaMoure/Litchville-Marion Loboes at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Enderlin focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 33 on Tuesday.
Last Tuesday, Enderlin lost to the Warbirds at home by a decisive 56-42 margin.
Despite the defeat, Enderlin had strong showings from Ayden Glarum, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 14 rebounds, and Jake Cimbura, who scored 11 points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
Meanwhile, LaMoure/Litchville-Marion scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter 75-38 on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win LaMoure/Litchville-Marion has managed all season.
Enderlin's defeat was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-13. As for LaMoure/Litchville-Marion, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
Enderlin might still be hurting after the 64-43 loss they got from the Loboes in their previous matchup back in January of 2023. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Enderlin was down 36-14.
