Volleyball Recap: Stagg Takes a Loss

Stagg lost against West back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Stagg Delta Kings fell 2-0 to the West Wolfpack. The Delta Kings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Paul Larwood paced Stagg's offense, picking up three kills. Larwood got some help from Angelo Lagrimas and his two assists. Finally, Larwood was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Stagg now has a losing record of 1-2. As for West, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Stagg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Center on the 1st. As for West, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Pinole Valley on the 1st.
