Mathews is 8-2 against Charles City since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Mathews Blue Devils will host the Charles City Panthers at 6:15 p.m. Mathews will be strutting in after a victory while Charles City will be coming in after a loss.
