St. George kept a clean sheet against Timberlake on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Tigers 1-0. Give St. George's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

St. George's has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those six matchups. As for Timberlake, their loss dropped their record down to 4-10.

Coming up, St. George's will head out on the road to face off against Mabton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Timberlake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
