Baseball Recap: Central Decatur Comes Up Short

Central Decatur fell victim to Lenox and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 10-0. The defeat leaves the Cardinals still looking for their first win of the season.

Central Decatur's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Lenox, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central Decatur will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Southeast Warren at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lenox, they will square off against Griswold at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lenox is facing Griswold at the right time seeing as Griswold is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
