Volleyball Game Preview: KIPP Denver Collegiate White Tigers vs. Aspen Skiers

After both having extra time off, the KIPP Denver Collegiate White Tigers and the Aspen Skiers will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

KIPP Denver Collegiate came into their game last Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Thomas Jefferson, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-16, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Aspen had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

Aspen not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Moffat County between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 25-16.

Aspen's win bumped their record up to 18-5. As for KIPP Denver Collegiate, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-6.
