Basketball Recap: Alpine Skates Past Anthony with Ease

Alpine won the last time they faced Anthony and things went their way on Friday too. The Alpine Bucks simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Anthony Wildcats 68-38. The Bucks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 27 points or more this season.

Alpine has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for Anthony, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.

Coincidentally, Alpine and Anthony will both be playing Kermit the next time they take the court. Alpine will host Kermit at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Anthony will host them at 8:00 p.m. on January 24th.
